Mike Anderson of Collision Advice shows you how to pull repair procedures straight from the source.  The course takes you into the OEM repair procedure websites for the following OEMs:

  • Nissan / INFINITI
  • Toyota / Lexus
  • Volkswagen

Learn how to subscribe, access and login to each site.  In addition, learn how to find information about:

  • Vehicle construction, including types of substrates, where to look for damage after an accident, gap dimensions and more
  • Structural repairs, including how to properly anchor a vehicle for structural repairs, structural adhesive applications, sectioning procedures, as well as welding requirements, such as size, type and location of welds.

Impact of Williams v. Sharon Woods Collision Center Presented by Attorney David Miller

A recent Ohio Appellate Court case, Williams v.
